I have been receiving unexpectedly high bill of electricity and I am being forced to go to office to get it corrected. Is it my fault that the engineer cannot check and enter correct units consumed and generating incorrect bill.
I was asked to record meter video. I do not have a smartphone how ami supposed to resolve this. Why am I supposed to visit when they are doing incorrect entries and generating wrong bill for me. Closed my previous complaint without working on it as resolved. Why? I'm forced to take a legal action as the due date has been passed and will not pay late charges.
