I Manish Krishna Kulkarni staying at Madhapar, Bhuj ( Kutch ) has appilied for the new passport from G.P.O.Bhuj ( Kutch ) on 29th Dec 08. Not processing my passport application

hi,

i have filled the passport application on 21st january 2009 and today its 17th March 2009, its still not recieved to the police station for 'police report clearence'. I visited passport office in 4th week of Febraury and the consumer relationship officer told that they will process again but till date not process. I enquired to police station / head office of police station but all in vain.
