Passport Office Ahmedabad — Delay of issuing passport

I am Pranali gandhi applied for renewal of passport as I have to change my personal details after marriage and also I want to correct my DOB . I applied since 22 Nov 2021 at Ahemedabad RPO they are not giving me satisfactory response and they are creating delay in my case they don't give any update for that I am suffering from 6-7 month I am requesting to you please issue my passport as soon as possible...

I am continuously dailing 200+ calls they are receive 1 call a day also I am taken appointment an reach there but they are not allow me to meet RPO officer it's to frustrated appointment is available after a 20-25 days so who is responsible for wasting my time? After that the file status also not changes
