Passport Office Ahmedabad — passport processing delay

Passport is under review at ahmedabad region office from past three months and no progress is there. We have visited passport office 4 times and there is no satisfactory asnwer from their, they are purposely doing it to take bribe or what is the reason i don't know. I need my passport as soon as possible. Please go into matter and revert back

Dear sir, my passport is in under review. As per despatched latter I will already sent my document with self attested. It was reached at 21 July 2018. But still not progress. It's an very urgent for me.
PL help me for further process. And send my passport ASAP.
