I want to hold this bcs.in that my name is different.

Kindly there is some modification need in name of his fatehr and mother name.

Mother name : rajbai gadhvi

Actual name i want in passport

Faterh name : haresh bhai or haresh mod
Mother name : rajabai h mod

Kindly please hold the passport and give me other suitable date.

Do the needful and hold this one for modification and give me suitable date so that i will submitt the related documents.
