Passport Office Ahmedabad — urgently passport required

I am paresh mendapara, i have applied for passport reissue on 27.02.2018 at jamnagar psk, i wanted to travel on 29-april-2018 for business exhibition purpose, for the same i have booked exhibition booth and paid amount to eepc india under indian pavilion, now passport is still showing printed and not dispatched yet, my travel date is very near and visa is to be applied after i receive passport, i really stucked in great situation, kindly help and make it dispatch on top most priority
