Passport Office Coimbatore — Delay in police verification

My name is jenifer joy and my file number is cb[protected].I went to passport seva on 19/02/2016.Till now i didn't get my police verification.When i called to regional passport office they said physical verification is pending.Its been a month i don't receive any police verification.Why its not completed?Please help me.I need my passport very soon.
