Hello Sir/ Mam,
I would like to inform you i applied for tatkal passport re-issue assuming the fact that tatkal services are expedited and takes less time for which i paid 4000rs and had my travel plans in 1 month.
However i have faced extreme difficulties for tracking my status.
Initially the police verification was sent to City Sohna which was a bit far from my current address but i got the call from this police station after 1 month. Then they said that they will transfer the request to nearby police station which also took more than a week.
Then after few days a member visited and did my police verification but asked for my previous year rental documents and asked to submit this physically at their police station since i didn't had old rental agreements.
Old rental agreements were never asked from me during my passport application as well.
This whole process is so time consuming and also given the fact that 4000rs promised me expedite in my tatkal which never happened.
I would like my passport to be re-issued on urgent basis and also want my money to be reimbursed.
