Passport Office Guwahati — haven't received passport and not responding to calls even after all verification are done.

I have applied for passport in 13/6/2018 at passport office dimapur, along with my brother, we have completed all verification process and even verified through special investigation bureau and was told that file is forwarded to rpo guwahati. I check my application status it shows physical verification pending in rpo guwahati, when i call they say no need to verify anymore, still now it's not processed. I have exams to appear for abroad in december of which i could not appear because i don't have passport. I'm very disappointed with the service because my friends who applied late than me for their passport already. Please look into the matter and please process it.. I have next exam coming in march i don't want to miss it.

Sir I have taken appointment but my mother's name spell is incorrect it's shahnaz instead of shahnaaz.. how can I get it correct on passport office ..it's a minor mistake I did ... plzzzz reply...

I bought nuts from noor located in Awantipora Pulwama, Srinagar
it was bad quality he asked me to return i returned it immedaitely but he
did not pay money back and not the product i tried to contact him again and=
again but not responding.i did payment through onlie
