Passport Office Lucknow — Closing of my previous passport application form.

I applied for my passport form dated 25/07/2021 . I got my appointment date on 6/08/2021 . I cleared all the formalities and when i came at last section I came to know that when i was 2yr old in 2005 my Father has already issued an application that was never fulfilled, as years passed my father gradually forgot about the same and i begin just 2 never had an idea about that till date. This problem occurred and i was left with no choice but to close the application. The Counter incharge there assured me he'll close my 2005 and this application as well, but somehow he didn't manage to do that and instead he put that on hold that day. I re applied and today 11/08/2021 I got an appointment for my fresh application, again I passed all check posts and at last i was struck again as my application no LK[protected] was not closed. The incharge there assured me if i'll write a mail to PSK LUCKNOW my pending work would be completed successfully .

I kindly request you please look into this mater so my previous file gets closed and i can get my Passport with my new application no.

Please close my last application - LK[protected].
