I have applied for normal passport in your region on 8 August. After verification on 12 august at Unnao my file was under review at RPO Lucknow. On 4 September my file was put on hold. On 10 September I had provided all the necessary documents at RPO Lucknow and made all their doubts clear. Holding status had been removed and I was assured by review members for processing file for Police verification. Due to delay in working I revisited with all my documents and proofs for enquiry on 24 September.I was reassured for proceeding for police verification. On 25 September again my file has been put on hold for document verification.
Sir, I am government employee in Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Department and I was continuously harassed for unwanted actions. I am mentally under pressure and disturbed due to their irresponsible behaviour.I have logged grievance on 25 August at your portal but no action has been taken. I had continuously tried to communicate through helpline number but that call is not answered.
I request you to please help me and ask them to properly co-operate with me and issue my passport as soon as possible. I have an urgent need of that.
