[Resolved]  Passport Office Mumbai — Delay in passport issuing

Address: Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Dadra and Nagar Haveli

Dear sir,

I have applied for a new passport on 27/09/2013. At passport seva kendra malad(Mumbai).

Then the all the procedures were completed in october. And since the november the passport online status was showing (Police report has been submited by your respective police office and is under processing at regional passport office mumbai)

Then i have raised a grievance on 21 december 2013 on passport official site and as per grievance will be solved within 15 days they commoted on 11 jan 2014 will be solved after 11 january i tried to contact there was no result.

Then i went to regional passport office worli on 8 may 2014 and met with the persons they committed me within 1 month the passport will be dispatch after 1 month there was no result passport not received

Then i again went to passport office worli on 8 july 2014 again they committed the passport will be dispatch with in a month and since 1 mont the online ststus is


(Police report has been submitted by mumbai and action for passport printing is initiated, to be followedby lamination, signing, quality check and dispatch)


From last month the same status is showing on online passport application status

So sir it is 11 months are completed when will i receive my passport please sir solve my problem i am completely disapoint with the system it almost one year has been passed
