Dear sir,
We wish to say you that apply for passport for child ananya bharti (F), dob - 01.02.2013 adopted by mr. Roberto brandinu & mrs. Lleana prezioson, r/o - via montelera n. 1410040m della terre (To), italy request for issuance of child has been applied by sandesh bharti sewa sansthan, katihar.
As circular provided by cara it is clear that the interview for passport with rpo, patna is no needed alongwith adopted parents. The adopted parents are resided in italy so it is not possible to face this interview. The saa authorities went there three times but were not given satisfactory answer viewing that this is an sensetive inter-country adoption matter in which the circular also said that this procedure will complete within 10 days but no necessary steps has been taken.
We are requested kindly take necessary steps regarding this issues.

We wish to say you that apply for passport for child Ananya Bharti (F), DOB- 01.02.2013 adopted by Mr. Roberto Brandinu & Mrs. Lleana Prezioson, R/O - Via Montelera n. 1410040m Della Terre (TO), Italy request for issuance of child has been applied by sandesh bharti sewa sansthan, katihar.
As circular provided by CARA it is clear that the interview for passport with RPO, Patna is no needed alongwith adopted parents. The adopted parents are resided in Italy so it is not possible to face this interview . The SAA authorities went there THREE times but were not given satisfactory answer viewing that this is an sensetive INTER-COUNTRY adoption matter in which the circular also said that this procedure will complete within 10 days but no necessary steps has been taken.
We are requested kindly take necessary steps regarding this issues.
