Passport Office Patna — I'm complaining about my passport renewal file is still in pending

Dear sir,
This is Ashif Ansari, I've applied for passport renewal with file number "PA27C[protected]". It has been more than one month but after police verification my file is still showing under review at RPO. My visa is going to expire in next 15 days and still i didn't get my passport dispatched.
Also recently i have visited to RPO by appointment with all my documents copies and originals so that they may help me dispatch my passport early but unfortunately they are laziest and worst people in India and putting stigma on Passport services in Bihar state. Kindly take a necessary action against this issue before it creates any major issue.
