Passport Office Patna — issue regarding passport verification at regional office.

Sir, i had applied passport on dated 19/03/2018 post office passport seva kendra bettiah.

Passport details is as below:
File no. PA27C[protected] Applicant Name: Mohammad Mustaque Ahmad
D.O.B: 28/02/1959.

your website shows : Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office and application date 03/04/2018.
yesterday 20/06/2018 i had visited regional passport office to check the actual status of my file and person sitting on the desk counter no-2 for help told me that your application has sent to DEO office Motihari D.E.O name Iftekhar Ahmad on dated 07/05/2018.

Today 21/06/2018 i has visited DEO office but responsible person sitting at desk told me that your file has not reached till date.
i am very surprise that it has almost one and half months and file has not reached at DEO office motihari.
Now DEO office person is saying to bring speed post number from Regional office Patna.

for me it is not possible to go again and again to patna as my age is almost 60 yrs.

Kindly help and guide.
