Hi team,

This is regarding passport application of aruna devi who applied for new passport at jehanabad office in bihar. She had applied on 5th march 2019 and status is document submitted on 23rd of april. Its been more than 45 days and this is not progressing as expected.

File number - pa27c[protected]

Could you please help on this.

Updated by rahulramangi@gmail.com Its been 52 days and my mother has not yet received her passport. Since long time its in same stage.
There must be some SLA.
is this TCS fault?
