Passport Office Visakhapatnam — Passport Office Visakhapatnam New passport for my 1.5 Years old baby

I have applied minor passport for my 1.5 Years old child and submitted documents around 1 month back.
I have an emergency request at my office, Requested and sent a lot of emails/calls but did not find any response.

Every others are receiving who applied after me.
