Passport Seva — ask for original birth certificate f

From birthdate 1989 they ask for original birth certificate but I would like to tell you that we submit our original birth certificate in school And my school was in karnataka as my dad has transfer and now in thane they ask for certificate so it is not possible for me to go to karnataka.. they don't accept ssc passing certificate, leaving certificate as birth proof even though both certificates has printed birthday
