path2loans's response We have already communicated with the client about Refund of the Initial Fee as stated in our website. But still the customer went on to complain here regardless to all the communications. The details of Communication: Application Date: 19-May-2015 Application Confirmation : 21-May-2015 The Application was Confirmed by our Accounts Division. Confirmation was delayed because the customer could not provide the PAN Card. But the accounts team decided that the PAN Number must be provided for application and obtaining the credit report. Payment done : 23-May-2015 Receipt Sent and updated in our System : 23-May-2015 The Initail fee was received and was updated in the System Scheduled date of Agreement : 25-May-2015 The scheduled date of agreement was supposed to be 25th May (monday) but was delayed due to delay in the whole process since application and confirmation. Apologize for delay : 27-May-2015 Apology email sent by ADMIN to customer with detail that the concerned accounts team from accounts division will further communicate shortly within 3 working days ie by 01-June-2015 (Monday) as Accounts Division being Closed on Saturday & Sunday. The email also specifically advised the customer (1)not to confront about the Initial Fee because the fee had been charged for the customer's own documentations and (2)not to send unnecessary emails or phone calls to any other Divisions or other employee of the Company. Application Cancelled : 30-Jun-2015 Application was Cancelled by ADMIN due to multiple reasons. (1) the customer has been regularly confronting the Sales Representative by unnecessary phone calls. (2) the customer confronted us about the Initial Fee even after repeated advise not to do so. The refund process was initiated and was to be refunded back to the customer's provided bank account within 30 working days. We can provide more than adequate proof of the whole dispute proving that this complain was created only to mislead people.

path2loans's response We repeatedly requested the Client to remove these misleading comments and posts prior to Refund as these comments and allegations were posted within 2 days of Cancellation. This means the client has a personal vendetta with us as his Application was Cancelled and so that we cannot serve other clients. We request everyone to understand that have been serving our Customers with complete dedication since long time and not to fall in bait to the rumors, comments and posts of SUCH FRAUDSTERS.
