Patliputra University — Transaction failed but amount deducted

I am paid by paytm for admission in BSc part 1 amount is deducted but transection is failed at that time and when I paid again it was successful but after few hours that transection is also successfull.

While filing the form for BBM third year on Patliputra University website i cancelled payment process for first time, the amount has been deducted but when I tried to repay no procedure is happening and the web page shows eror, August 31 2021 is last date, what should I do?
