I have a federal bank account and i often use imps and neft for my business and personal payments. I tried to register upi for federal bank, but it seems federal ban do not allow upi for safety reasons.
I called the federal bank customer care, i asked them to help me identify to whom was this payment made to coz i do not recognize this payment. But it seems there is a major fraud going on. Somebody is just withdrawing money randomly from my account via ibibo payment gateway. I hope the bank itself is not doing this fraud with the government stealing peoples hard earned money like the pmc scam.

Please help me get the reimbursements from federal bank.
