On april 1st, i had sent an email to [protected]@paversengland.com describing the issue of the cracked sole and mentioning the following:
“i am quite dissatisfied with what has happened and had not expected this for an expensive product from a company like pavers. I sincerely hope that the sandals are mended and returned”. I also attached an image of the product.

Again on april 30, i send another reminder email yet received no response.
Due to this i am now contacting consumer complaints and hope that this issue can be resolved.
