Pavers England — Pavers england mules inferior quality

I brought a pair odmf mules on 22/ 10 2020 via amazon.
The footwear is comfortable but after 5 to 6 uses the material is chipping of.
Its brand new as you can see in the images.
I didnt expect such inferior quality from a reputed brand like pavers england.
Please lmk where i can send it so that you can Q C the item.
