Hi this is kamal from ahmedabad contact [protected] i paid 7500 rs in his account and after payment not response from them
They keep my number in black list

I call everyday from new number once i tell i am kamal again they disconnected my call

Pavithra Bandhan Customer Care's response Hi Kamal,

we have informed you that there is two days holiday from relationship manager saturday and sunday in a week. if you keep calling him then he might be not responding. In such case it is your responsibility to keep patience and should understand the situation instead of raising complaint. we are really sorry about inconvenience caused to you but please make it resolve so that we can proceed further enquiry and work for you.

I complain on Friday.
So there was no weekend
Plz deny your excusese
Today is 9 June I am calling them last 10 days still not responding
So everywhere gone for vacation or what
When I call they keep my contact number in black list
I am calling them from different number
No one giving me reply
Can u give me refund back I am sick and tired

Pavithra Bandhan Customer Care's response Dear Sir,

We have given time till 14th June as your RM was on leave and in the mean time we can't assign any new RM. its not long time. When we approach for service you have taken more number of days and now you have no patience at all. I request you to continue with the same and see the response. You will only able to get refund when you permanently delete this complaint. Once you done please let us know so that immediately you get your money back. Its our promise.
