Pavitraa Fashion — regarding return

I brought one dress worth 4000 from pavitraa fashion website for my kid. I received the product but it will not worth even 1500. Now i want to return the product.. But they r not accepting... They mentioned clearly they will accept returns with in 14 days with original packing.. But now they are not accepting.. They will not care about the customers satisfaction.. They only want money.. Please solve my issue
