pawan driving school — DL process getting very late

Hello, I have taken car driving class in pawan drving school. I had been informed by pawan driving school that i will get the DL within 15 days. 25 days passed, i have been regularly following up with them for the status of my DL. Yesterday, i came to know that all the other candidates have received their DL and my DL status is still not known. They have surrendered my original DL for the bike also to the RTO. i am helpless now as i am not getting the fruitful reply from pawan driving school. Request you to help me and sort out the issue.
