Dear hyundai team,
I am referring to the subject car purchased from your dealership in feb 2019 along with all support including insurance etc. As of now, i am using hyundai vehicle for almost last 12 years and having faith in the quality and support.
As my insurance is getting lapsed, i have purchased the same on line, however, your official agent had called me asked for the same. On replying that i have renewed on line for shriram, he has made a vague statement that sai hyundai will not provide any support to your vehicle.
Could you please answer me the following?
1. Is this insurance not valid as per the regulatory authority like rto?
2. Is this company is not having insurance norms as per irda guidelines?
3. Is my motor vehicle is bonded by sai auto hyundai terms and condition to use?
4. Do i need to go to consumer's court to seek equivalent treatment to my renewed insurance policy?
Please advise so that i can take necessary steps to resolve this issue and will be able to use my vehicle comfortably?
