Pay And Park Panvel Station — charging illegal parking fee

Dear Sir/Madam
I park my two wheeler regularly since long back at panvel station the parking staff is charging more fare rather than actual fare as per contract the receipt shows Rs:6/- for 12hrs where as they are charging Rs:10/- for 12 hrs they are arguing back if we ask the reason,

i request you sir please intervene my concern and take necessary action
