Paybox — didn't received any money

I redeemed 59 rs through paybox bt didn't received any cashback it's been 24 hrs n i had written an email bt i didn't get any reply my transaction i'd is b[protected], kindly look into the matter as previously i faced the same problem. I faced many transaction problem in the redemption process 2redemption are pending. Pathetic experience n no costumer service from your side not even a reply. Simply horrible i will go into the consumer forum if you don't look into the matter. I can show you. Please improve ur services.
