Payment Issue — payment issue

My self ankit raj. 650 rs is debited from my bank account through upi [protected]@ybl to [protected]@sbi for doing payment to jee mains registration but here payment is not successful. Pls sir do something. I am registering complaints from 11 sep but no any response. I am requesting to you sir pls do something. I am belonging from poor family. You can think about me. 650 rs is big amount for me sir
