I'm Raghava taken a personal loan from your pay sense with loan.no.[protected]
My.mobile.no.[protected].
1. I have taken a settlement for my loan outstanding amount and paid 50% amount to you.
2.Due to financial crisis I have not paid the remaining amount.So I told to them that I will pay remaining amount within few days.
3.In the mean while they have started doing calls to my contact list numbers and the same I have raised this issue through mails but no reply from them.And some of there executives with mobile [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] harassing and threatening to my contact list numbers.
4.May I know who given the rights to them to do the calls to customer contact list numbers.As the paysense was threatening to all the customers like me.
5.As the paysense team, Suraj, Vani and other executives harassing a lot to customers contact list numbers regarding the payment.
5. I'm requesting you to take appropriate action on paysense regarding this issue and plz solve the issue in the meanwhile there is no customer care.no.to talk with the paysense no reply for the mails so far.
