My car was traveled through the l & t krihnagiri thopur, tamilnadu toll plaza on 30/12/2020 at 7:56 pm and rs. 95 (Car category) deducted in my paytm at 8.02 pm.
I've received message to share my car's rc copy in order to dispute the claim as to identify my vehicle class.
I've shared but paytm couldn't upload it.
They have debited rs. 450 on 9/03/2020 from the wallet for vehicle class mismatch.
In spite of calling customer care and sharing all documents, they are not returning rs. 450 and stating that i've not shared the documents within defined time.
