Sir I had booked two tickets in February for 11May and 26May which both were cancelled by airline(i.e jet Airways) and i contacted to paytm for the concern and requested them for refund but they did not refunded my money.
Its since a long time already and whenever they reply with the same email.
They are not giving me any resolution time only they say that wait we will refund and its too much time. please ask them for the refund. Was this information helpful? |
