[Resolved]  Paytm Fasttag — Never buy Fast Tag from PayTM

I suggest all read this carefully and save you money and time by not giving the business to payTM. I purchased a Fast Tag from payTM for my car. Last 15th Dec 2022 I parked my car in Shamshabad airport, Hyderabad and traveled to Delhi and return in the same day night. After that my payTM fast tag is using by some one in uttarapradesh and my amount is getting deducted from my payTM wallet. I called payTM customer care and requested to block my fast Tag immediately but they denied it and they said process will Take 3 working days. I said if you wait for 3 days my we can’t prevent this Fraud. PayTM representative said this is the process we can’t help you on this. You have to wait.
Then I raised dispute on 3 wrong toll plaza transactions and waiting for payTM to close my fast Tag account.
Today on 25th of Dec 2022 when I found one more toll plaza deduction in my wallet and I got SMS and checked my previous open issues and all of them are closed with out my notice and with out solving my issues. This is a biggest cheating from payTM.
They don’t care Cutomer money and time.
Also payTM customer care numbers are too much busy and they are not reachable for support.

I am happy to close my payTM account permanently so that at least I will save by this Fraud company.
