Paytm & One 97 Communication And To — sbi credit card fraud transaction rs appx. 30,000

Respected sir,

I have received a call on 5th dec 2018 from [protected] stating that they are credit card department. Being a new credit card owner and ever did a transaction before, i thought it was a genuine call. Within seconds i got the message that appx 30000/- has been deducted (One 97 communication and to paytm). I got alerted and blocked the card immediately. Again they tried to make the transaction of 89000/-but failed as the card was blocked

I here by registering my complaint against this fraud call and request the help to retrieve the amount deducted from my credit card for the transaction not done from my end.

Have already filled a complaint for the dispute at the local police station & cyber cell as well.
