I have booked ticket on 12 aug 2017 through irctc, due to some technical issue my booking got failed and money was deducted from my account, it's been 12 days when i check the status in irctc it's says money was refunded to paytm sdk not in my account. Please help me where to contact or how it will takes to refund to my bank account.
