15/3/16. I was trying to pay my sons fees. The transaction got declined and hence i tried paying again. 2nd transaction was successful. But this company charged me again after 1 hour. Even after repeated dispute raised i got no resolution from them. Its more than 3 months now. All they say is we r following up n give some time.
I had to personally run behind the school guys to get this resolved. Even the same school has discontinued their online service.
