Payu Money — payment failed but amount deducted

I have made a payment of rs 1351 to book a train ticket from Lucknow to Delhi through IRCTC app on 15 th of July my payment is detected from my account but ticket not booked it shows transection failed (no response from bank.)
i confirm from my bank, they are saying that the transection was successful to payumoney.
but till now i don't get any money back from your side. so, please support and resolve the issue ASAP.

I have booked the ticket in irctc connect through payU money payment site.but the booking failed at the movement.please process through following details
