Payu Money — refund not received

Hi,
I cancelled 2 bookings on www.irctc.co.in on 06/10/2017 and the refund status shows that the refund was processed the same day by railways.
In place of bank, it shows payumpp.
I had made payments for these 2 bookings through pay u gateway, so i guess railways returned them the amount. But the same has not been refunded back to me from pay u money.

Details of my bookings (As per the irctc website) are as follows:

Refund date: 06/10/2017

Please help me in getting my refunds back.
