Payu Money — refund of irctc cancelled ticket

I booked ticket on irctc amounting rs. 3075.89 on 11th feb 2020 and had to cancelled it same day. The bank was sbi and payment gateway was payu money. But i haven't received my refund amount for the cancelled ticket.
Here i have attached booking and cancellation details which are as follows:
