AMC Charges have been charged by payumoney by ₹2500 with 18% Gst in the merchant agreement it says amc charges are waived off then why this charges are showing under our settlement tab

PayU has been sending me details of a chargeback case in which client is making false claims. Despite submitting evidence to PayU, I am constantly being told evidence is insufficient while no reason is being provided about why it is insufficient.
