      I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Shirdi yesterday(29th October) on redbus.in and paid via PayuMoney. Although money has been debited from my account it seems PayuMoney has not credited it to redbus.in and they have not sent me the ticket. Redbus says transaction has failed and hence they didn't mail me my ticket. I want my money back.

            I was trying to apply DDA online application form through HDFC URL. Everything is ok, and they have option to pay with PayUMoney gateway so doing the same. It was my bad day actually that I selected this worst fraud service. every thing is Ok but at the End i got one mail from PayUmoney that your transaction is unsuccessful but they deducted money from my Account. Now from 3 days, I am trying to get it back, but everytime their uncivilized customer care giving me date like 5 ~ 7 days. I am requesting, if someone looking these issues kindly give us some solution asap. My question to Govt Finance ministry and RBI, How can you allowing such company to provide financial service without proper check on consumer service quality. Time to think for Indian Government to make more Quality in Company and Service Provider, otherwise these kind of fraud exists and they will always use the hoop holes available in system.

                  I had ordered 20 in 1 multi gym bench from Anson sports on 9th may 2016 and it got delivered on 16th may 2016. Received product is Very poor quality .. product is not as displayed in Anson sports website. it doesnt have any brand name on it.
                  Every thing is made of poor quality material..

                  They are cheating us.

                    This name is FRAUD, totally pathetic in services and in terms of business. People are being added just, its free but remember they will take your all business money on hold and will not release in any cost. Either there is no mistake from your end or even from customer end. If suppose one customer asking for charge back they will not even bother to inform you and will return all business money to every customer. You will realise once would be robed. I have lost my 1, 45, 725rs in first week of my new business. Beware from such kind of gateways.

                      payumoney is a fraud payment gateway ... in the starting of business they release payment time to time..but after huge transaction they dont release the paynt and they dont returnt the paymnt to the customrs also..this paymentgateway is totally froud...and the telecaller executive are also very mannerless... they sont know how to talk...with their clints nd merchants...i will take a legal action against their comp...ibibo pvt ltd

                        Beware merchants, pay u money is a fraud payment gateway. They settled only small transactions, once you generate a business of more than 2 lakhs, they can start making excuses and stop settling your money in merchant account. They collect all the money of merchants in their pocket. They don't have any manner how to talk with merchants? They are fully rascals.

                        Absolutely they done the same thing from me also. Payumoney refused to settled my money in my account because some customers has made chargebacks and commits me to refund all the amount to the same account of customer but it is over 30 days still they didn't refund any amount to the customer neither they release any amount to me(merchant).

                        my almost 3.5L is strucked badly. they are not ready to pay me..and my clients are over me..they all say money is with me..

                        Payumoney.com is free having service. Really fraud.
                        However payu.in (Payu India) provided paid service and is very good payment gateway.

                        Payumoney is good for buyers but really head ache for merchants.
                        My bank account details already verified but the amount Rs. 48.88 CITIN[protected]. Not yet settled,
                        I is fraud company don't open merchant account no1 fraud company.

                        I faced similar problem with Payu.
                        Hello All. I advise you guys/gals to check out Instamojo.com. Have been using them to sell online for the past year and these guys are solid professionals even though they're a small startup. Weekly payments and that too accurate. I was never duped even once.
                        I opened an account with payumoney.com about ten days back and till date my application has not yet been processed. After reading all the above reviews, I am glad my application is not yet processed.
                        Payment gateways must be routed through the right merchants. For POS sales in stores, use the device provided by reputed banks. There is no hold period on your transaction. The swipe machine will cost you a refundable deposit initially depending on the model and type (wireless, phone line modem etc). However if your transaction volume increases there are credit back schemes. You have to negotiate with the bank/merchant.

                        For online payment transfer, paypal and rupay is instantaneous. Even Airtel is coming out with their gateway. You can spot fraudulent sites when the SSL protocol does not appear in the URL. Customers too are wary and will not provide CC information when the sites do not have https.

                        They tried the same thing with me, they were giving me lame excuses of risk department and stuff. I waited for 7 days, when they were still fooling around I wrote them a email with their COO in cc shailaz nag. Money was refunded to customer account within 3 hours :) and my customer sent me a cheque.

                        Reading all the above reviews is going to scare people away. The following is my experience: I needed a payment system for my directory website so I applied for a merchant gateway with CCAvenue after reading some good reviews of them. The application was not even acknowledged, in fact I had to send them a reminder after 10 days and only then did I receive a reply. I replied to their queries immediately (in 1 hour) but I am sorry to say, they have not got back to me for the last 4 days. Meanwhile, I applied for a merchant payment gateway at PayUMoney and the experience has been very good. I made this application half heartedly after reading the above reviews, and to my surprise, I received a call from them - I was driving then, so I asked them to call back after an hour or so, and to my surprise they called back. It was an agent called Mr. Rastogi who not only helped me set up everything, he went out of his way to find information for me to set up this account. Even if this was a one-off incident, I feel it should be mentioned. Lets see what happens in the future, but my experience with PayUMoney was good.
                        Dude above me ^ they did the same till i verify my bank account .. after that they dont even care to reply ur mail ... even the test transaction is still in process even after 1 month .. lol ... thank god i didnt pay more than 100 but still 100rs from 100 customers would make them rich in a day .. go for ccavenue... its best even though bit costly ...

                        PayUmoney.com (PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd) 7th Floor, Pearl Tower, Plot No 51 Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurgaon - 122002 (F-130, GF, STREET NO.7 PANDAV NAGAR, DELHI - 110091, Delhi INDIA) is a big cheater and fraud. I working in this company since last 1 year and I know in details how they are first trapping the clients and then they blackmail the clients. Initially they release money in time to win the trust of the client and once the client’s business is dependent on using their payment gateway they start blackmailing them by stopping release of their money on trivial, cooked and mischievous grounds with intention to harass and blackmail the client.

                        Their company culture is totally based on fraud. They are doing fraud with clients and employees also. There is no work ethics in the company. Nitin Gupta treats the staffs as slave. They are worst employer in the world and suck the blood of employees. There is no fixed date of salary and deduct the hard earned money of staffs on funny pretexts. There is no HR policy and HR Admin in-charge is relatives of the Director. This is why nobody wants to work in this company and there is very high rate of attrition. Average duration of employees working in this company, very from 3 to 6 months.                         see today i did 4 transactions to transfer money to bank account but every time money deducted from wallet . its been 9 hour and still money is not reflecting in the bank account. if money will not be credited bank to account. then i will go to consumer court or escalate it in higher level.

                        It is unreliable. I tried using Payumoney to pay an online merchant - the transaction failed multiple times with erratic and misleading error messages. When I tried with another card, it went through but merchant did not receive the money this time. I have spent more than half a day following up with bank, merchant and pay U Money care - not really worth the headache!
                        I got robbed by payU money . While booking my show at Bookmyshow.com i used the payU money method. Without proceeding to the checkout I encountered an unauthorized transaction of around double the cost of the tickets i.e. 575.10. That i come to know when I was checking my transaction records. I was shocked and made a complain to my ICICI bank, bookmyshow and PayU money.
                        I waited fro money back then i made several tries.
                        >> ICICI branch can't resolve online transaction problems.
                        >> Mobile complain with your registered number they only gave me confirmation of a successful transaction. WTF that i know already.
                        >> PayU money didn't responded for my online complain and several mails.
                        >> Bookmyshow don't have track records as my tickets wasn't ever booked.

                        Payumoney has appointed some brokers/fraudsters. They collect informations from the customer of the bank. They collect debit card no, cvvno, expiry date etc from the customer in the name branch manager. They tell the customer and introduced themselves as branch manager. Then they inform the customer that his debit card is going to be closed due to various reasons then he asked the customer to tell his 16 -digit debit card nos, cvv no. Date of expiry. If the customer try to ask some questions the fraudster becomes angry and say do not talk conversation is being recorded. Then he starts actual operation. He ask bank to send otp and order the debit card holder to dictate those nos. After getting those otp he transferred the to their beloved pos.The pos getting those fraudulently looted money try to recharge the money already deposited in their wallets . Practically, they do not recharge, they prepare false list of beneficiaries.When any bank/cybercell/ customer demand for money, they simply say we have already recharged and we have sent the list of beneficiaries to the cyber cell or any otherinvestigating agencies. This is the technic of payyoumoney, pay you .In and others who are associated with payumoney. Finally the the stole money is divided between the fraudster and payment gateway. This is digital india. Mainly rural andsemitown bank customers are being scapegoats of those dishonest pos. Payumoney is the champion in this regard

                        But when I have not received any confirmation mail from the merchant and his mobile is switched off I have called the PayUMoney team on 28th Jan 2016 to block his account, so at least other person will not trap. Instead of helping me PayUMonet executive was convinced me that the Merchant will not run away. We have a full background check up.

                        But the product was not delivered as committed by PayUMoney team. Now the PayUMoney team are not agree to give me appropriate answer. Even also not telling what are the actions taken against the merchant.

                        The main motto of the PayUMoney team is to earn percentage of commission on the product sold by merchant without checking any credibility of the merchant.

                        I would suggest buyer not to do any transaction through pay u money...as per my personal experience, pay u money is not helping buyer in any unfortunate case of merchant fraud. They simply take away their part of responsibility saying that, buyer has released the payment. They do not take moral responsibility of helping buyer. Beware of it.

They settled only small transactions, once you generate a business of more than 2 lakhs, they can start making excuses and stop settling your money in merchant account.                         They are fraud, now refusing to settle our Rs.12000/- (under Merchant Account) - June 2016
                        I think it is the worst payment gateway I had ever did business with. As per their advertisement of “BUYER PROTECTION” where in the details it is mentioned that ‘Money got debited but product not delivered? Now get what you order or your money back’.

                        Believing the same I ordered a wall clock online from ‘swadesimaal.com’ who uses payUmoney as their payment processor. I paid Rs.2499/- on 20/04/2016 as per Payment ID :[protected]. After waiting for more than a month for the product to be delivered, on 30/05/2016 the business manager of swadesimaal sent me a mail informing that they don’t have the product.

                        Since then I am following up with both swadesimaal as well as PayUmoney for the refund but till date I haven’t got my money back.

                        Every time I send a mail to PayUmoney different people will call back just for formality, without having any knowledge of the issue, and will say the same standard line as ‘our team is trying to resolve your queries with the merchant, please give us some more time.’ and if I ask for an update on current status or the name of the contact person with whom they are dealing with the merchant, they will not have any answers.

                        On top of it those b**t**ds at PayUmoney have blacklisted me from using their payment gateway for any other merchant. Imagine the audacity, instead of refunding my money as promised and black listing the merchant.

                        This goes to show how inefficient are the people working at the PayUmoney and how bad and untrustworthy the company is.

                        Don’t be a fool like me and never trust PayUmoney. I wouldn’t suggest any one to do business with PayU and legal actions should be initiated against the company for false advertisement and for misleading people.

                        After reading all reviews, I would like to acknowledge you all, there are some rules and processes to be followed by payment companies.
                        Holding of money is for customer benefits, in case merchant do a fraud - customer can claim Money from PayU.
                        Secondly, Settlement takes time. Suppose PayU settle 10 lakh to your account and refunds of 1 lakh are initiated by customer, but 10 lalh has been withdrawn by merchant, Who will pay this money ? So some process has to be followed from company end. If you think company is fraud, then you should keep in mind some time merchant even do fraud from which company suffers a great loss.
                        Every step is taken to make payment more safe and secure, Companies believe in building trust. Don't say like this it's fraud.

                        Had a bad experience after using payumoney to pay at a merchant site, my card had unauthorized fraudulent charges right after using my card at payumoney. I have been using this card to do online purchases for almost 6 years and never had issue like this, not sure if payumoney is secure enough.

                        The most ##### fraud company I know of. Half the time the transaction will not go through, and they will still charge you for convenience fee.
                        And in 50% of the failed transactions, they don't refund any money back.

                        Yesss. I agree. I made a payment to a book seller. The book seller says, they have no

                        connection with any payment gateway. PayUMoney says they have already paid the money and I

                        should contact the merchant only. There is no end to this. I want to teach them a lesson

                        whoever is the fraud in this case. But as a payment gateway I strongly feel PayUMoney

                        should take ownership and close this with the merchant. Now that they don't want to do it,

                        I want to know how I can make them accountable for this and stop them from cheating other

                        customers also like this, maybe from high value transactions.

                        I ordered a product online through Pay u money, money paid but no product. I contacted the merchant and the payment aggregator( Pay u money) to solve my problem. But every time payment aggregator is saying contact the merchant, but there is no contact with merchant. So I am filing a case to get justice from the payment aggregator or from the merchant. So let the court decide who is responsible for my money.

                        But when I have checked with the EASTERN POWER DISTRIBUTION customer care, they have informed me that they have not received the amount and requested me to check with PayU customer care regarding the transaction details.

It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank.

                          Thanks for the call, but this company is encouraging and supporting the fraud victims. There are five transaction on your site, I am not suppose to ask the details of your Fraud Victims but You can disclose the details of the purchases and your transactions ID's of PayUMoney, since the transaction were done on my credit card. If you are not supporting any means that reflects on the PayUmoney.com and the security issues.

                          This is not encouraging and I am imagine that your company also taking part this actions by having Fraud Victims as customers. This leads me to take legal actions by including SBI card, PayUMoney and the Fraud Victims.

                            Hi, On[protected] My sister received call by no: [protected] at 11.12 from bank official saying me that my debit card [protected](blocked) so asked about account and all detail. Now RS. 36500/= stolen from account no [protected] with 14 different transactions. I have also set my 3d secure code. As per RBI guideline it is required to ask secure code while doing online payment so why it didn't ask secure code that even I've forgot ? PayU and Bank is totally responsible for this. In Total amount 36500, fraud through PayU : 6500 Also logged FIR(online copy attached).
