[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Credit Card fraud using PAYU ADDPAY SERVICES

There is unauthorised transaction of Rs. 49700 and 49701 on 11th September 2023 through payU Addpay services which I didn't give any consent of.
The current bill is showing me I have to pay this amount from my pocket.
Steps taken by me-
1.Blocked the card immediately
2.Called Cybercrime, they told that Bank reference number is not there they could come into action after statement is released.
3. Called ICICI Customer Care, raised a dispute against these transactions immediately.
4. Did an FIR at Marathahalli Police Station the same day.
5. Collected FIR early morning next day and went to ICICI Bank Nearest Branch to submit Customer Dispute Form on 12th September around 10:30AM
6. Statement generated around 9:30 PM on 12th September, immediately did a Cybercrime complaint around 10 PM on 12th September.
7. Submitted the Cybercrime complaint with Police station next day morning
8. Visited Police station regularly, and they said that investigation is going on, I would be informed when investigation is over.

As checked, these are successful transactions via PayU id - [protected] (transaction id 38621151 & bank reference number[protected] and [protected] (transaction id 38621125 & bank reference number[protected] using email id [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@gmail.com and contact number [protected] & [protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant https://addpay.in/. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly on [protected]@addpay.in for further assistance with your query.

Further, we'd suggest you to raise this immediately to the Cyber Cell office and they shall assist you further.
Please note, that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. All the transaction/s are processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password and UPI details with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.
