I had added 500 rs in payzapp wallet. Was using the wallet for first time. The phone call is not being answered. I tried calling them on thursday, friday but with no luck. The helpline number is useless. It is out of coverage, how can a toll free number customer care phone be out of coverage. After 6.30 on friday my phone finally connected to a computerised voice answering system where i kept my phone on for 13 mins but then disconnected it as i had waited for long while i believe. No response on e mail. Hdfc bank affilitated payzapp wallet literally is below par. Let know about this issue. Kindly call [protected].
