Hi, i have added 3000 on 01-sep-2017 and 4000 on 06-sep-2017. Both the times amount deducted from my card and not added to wallet. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I tried so many times to the customer care number. It is always busy. Wrost app they are just playing with people. And my first transaction number is r15732.
We wish to inform you that the load money transaction of Rs.3000/- & 4000/- has failed. The refund has been initiated back to the account on 5th & 8th September 2017 to card number ending 0689. Please find below the details for assistance & request you to get in touch with the respective bank for the refund procedure.
