Please look into below issue.
I have loaded Rs. 380 twice into my account from my card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debitted from my card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.
I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my card.
I am completely dissappointed with this app.

I added money to payzapp wallet but it's only deducted from my bank and not showing in the payzapp wallet or under transaction list. So irritated with the app bcz there is not even any option to raise the despute. Please see my issue.
