Payzapp — amount deducted in wallet but not credited in bank

I have faced the transaction issue. I transferred rs.1000 from my payzapp wallet to the bank account. But the amount was deducted from my wallet but not sent to the bank account.
Transaction type is withdrawal.
Transaction date is 2nd november 2017.
Transaction id is[protected].
My mobile number is [protected].
Please resolve my issue asap since it's urgent to made the transaction. Please don't make me to approach consumer court.

I had made transaction dated[protected], amt :2600/-, transaction was failed and amount was deducted from my payzapp wallet still not credited my SBH bank account, i have tried contacting payzapp customer care enormous times but i was unable to reach them as number is always busy. Payzapp has the worst customer service. Please help me with this...
