Payzapp — amount not credited to my bank account from payzapp but transaction shows as success

I have transferred amount of rs.3000/- from payzapp to my kotak bank account by in app is shows transaction success but it dint credited to my bank account. I called to your costumer care but its not responding properly i need the money as by today i have some commitments bank details are given below
