Payzapp — amount transferred but not yet received

I transferred payzapp to icici[protected] amount of 10, 000/- on[protected] but still amount not transferred to my account but payzapp showing 'sucess'. Please find the issue and reply as soon as possible.. You have given me the time window of 5 working day which already been passed.

Dear payzapp team,

I transferred money from payzapp rs. 5000/- two times dated[protected], but money has not received in to my pnb bank account but amount got deducted from payzapp wallet.
So please refund my money in my account...

Your customer number is alway bussy pls check update me asap.
