I am hoping for resolution here. I escalated to hdfc nodal team and to various other teams but no resolution yet. I have 2 payzapp wallets, one with full kyc, and one with minimum kyc. One with minimum kyc is the oldest one (When payzapp used to do the kyc through aadhar details).
I made a transaction in the month of may20' of inr45, 450 in the no broker rent payment application during hdfc payzapp 5% cash back offer maximum upto 500inr.
Hdfc payzapp team blocked my wallet due to limited kyc without prior notice and hence now i am not eligible for the cashback amount that supposed to be credited in the month of jul20. I talked to many support agents but they failed to assist. Hence i need someone intervention here for resolution.

This is illigal you cannot change you previous condition i have screenshot of thoes trem and conditions as a proof. This is a biggest scam of India .
If i does not get cashback i write it on fb Twitter youtube and launch a complane on consumer forum.
My demand is -
Either give me cashback or send me the term and condition in August month.
I cannot tolerate this type of scams. Payzapp is running business in India then you should follow the rules of India . payzapp wallet number [protected]
